Built with Daiwa’s proven Braiding X technology, the Exceler Oceano blanks offer increased strength and power while maintaining a lightweight construction. New finishing techniques help eliminate unnecessary weight, resulting in a lighter blank with enhanced sensitivity and responsiveness. The 21 Exceler Oceano delivers an exceptional level of sensitivity for its price range, allowing anglers to detect subtle bites and changes in lure or bait movement with greater confidence.
The rods are equipped with Fuji Corrosion Control (CC) finish O-ring guides, providing reliable performance and added durability in harsh saltwater environments. A specially designed Daiwa reel seat enhances ergonomics and comfort, making the rod comfortable to use during extended fishing sessions.

Returns Policy
We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
