The Daiwa 24 Fuego LT 4000D-C Spinning Reel combines Daiwa’s proven Fuego heritage with the latest LT (Light & Tough) design philosophy. Built to be light in the hand while delivering impressive strength and durability, the Fuego LT offers outstanding performance for a wide range of fishing applications.
Daiwa has equipped the Fuego LT with a range of advanced technologies, including Digigear, Air Rotor, Magsealed Body and a Zaion V body. The combination of these features creates a reel that is smooth, powerful, lightweight and highly resistant to the harsh conditions encountered when fishing.
The lightweight Long Cast ABS aluminium spool is designed to improve casting efficiency, while the redesigned Air Rotor helps reduce rotational weight and improve balance. A machined aluminium handle and Perfect Line Stopper complete a practical and performance-focused design.
ABS Long Cast Spool
Daiwa's LC-ABS spool uses a lightweight construction and specially shaped spool lip to help reduce friction as line leaves the spool. Compared with traditional spool designs, this technology can provide an average casting distance improvement of around 5%, helping you get your lure or bait further with less effort.
Air Rotor
The Air Rotor is engineered to deliver a lighter and more balanced rotation than conventional rotor designs. Its redesigned structure distributes load more efficiently through the rotor, reducing flex and unnecessary stress.
Constructed using lightweight Zaion material and featuring a hollow design, the Air Rotor reduces overall weight while improving rotational balance and reel sensitivity. The result is a smoother and more responsive retrieve.
Digigear
Daiwa's Digigear technology uses precision digital engineering to create highly accurate gear engagement. The system combines a strong alloy drive gear with a durable marine-grade bronze pinion gear to deliver smooth operation, reliable power and excellent long-term durability.
LT – Light & Tough Concept
Daiwa's LT Concept is designed around four key principles: reduced weight, increased strength, enhanced drag performance and improved bearing support.
By combining a compact body with Tough Digigear technology, the Fuego LT achieves an excellent balance between lightweight handling and the toughness required for demanding fishing situations.
Magsealed Body
The Magsealed Body helps protect the reel's internal mechanism from the elements. Daiwa's specially formulated magnetic oil forms a seal around the main shaft, helping prevent water, salt and dust from entering the reel.
This added protection makes Magsealed technology particularly valuable when fishing in challenging environments where exposure to saltwater and moisture is unavoidable.
Zaion V Body
The reel body is constructed from Zaion V, a lightweight high-density carbon-based material developed to provide an excellent combination of rigidity, strength and corrosion resistance.
Compared with conventional metal body materials such as magnesium and aluminium alloy, Zaion V offers a lightweight alternative while maintaining the strength required for reliable reel performance.

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
